TakePartInArt.org is provided as a service to the community by the nonprofit umbrella funding organization ArtsFund and the project donors listed below. As the primary point of connection between cultural activity and this region’s residents and visitors, the site includes event information from more than 200 King and Pierce County nonprofit arts groups.

The National Flute Association, Inc.

The National Flute Association is the largest flute association in the United States. Benefits of membership include their publication, Flutist Quarterly, access to their flute music library, group instrument insurance rates, a yearly convention . . . and many others.

GPFS

The Greater Portland Flute Society
Found in 1979, GPFS's mission includes to "generally promote and enhance flute playing in the greater Portland area." If you're willing to travel south, they also have flute related events well worth attending.
